Cancellation Policy – Sacred Haven Studio

At Sacred Haven Studio, we value your time and ours. To provide a fair and consistent experience for all clients, we ask that you adhere to the following cancellation policy:

  1. Cancellations:

    • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.

    • If you cancel within less than 24 hours, you will be charged 50% of the service fee.

  2. No-Shows:

    • Failure to attend your scheduled appointment without notice (no-show) will result in a charge of 100% of the service fee.

  3. How to Cancel or Reschedule:

    • Please cancel or reschedule via booking site or text message to 727-265-1157.

    • Messages left on other platforms (social media, personal phone) may not be considered official cancellations.

  4. Exceptions:

    • We understand that emergencies happen. If you experience an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible, and we may review your situation on a case-by-case basis.
