Welcome to Sacred Haven Studio, a wellness space specializing in women’s empowerment, healing, and embodiment. By booking services, registering for memberships, or using our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

These terms apply to all services, including in-person sessions, virtual offerings, workshops, and memberships.

2. Community & Focus

Sacred Haven Studio focuses on women’s wellness and personal growth. Our environment is designed to be safe, nurturing, and supportive. All clients are expected to honor our community guidelines and foster a respectful, mindful space.

3. Bookings & Appointments

All bookings are subject to availability.
Accurate personal information is required on intake forms.
Sessions are confirmed only after receipt of membership approval.
Sacred Haven Studio reserves the right to decline service if a client does not meet safety or community standards, has incomplete forms, or poses a risk to others.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations must be made at least [24] hours in advance.
Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a [50% / full] fee, depending on the service.
Memberships follow the same cancellation policy unless otherwise specified.

5. Payments & Refunds

Payments can be made via the website, in-person, or approved third-party platforms.
Refunds are not guaranteed for missed appointments, late cancellations, or changes of mind.
Prepaid packages or memberships may have specific terms regarding expiration or transferability.

6. Health & Safety

Clients are responsible for disclosing health conditions, injuries, pregnancy, allergies, or medications relevant to sessions.
Our services are wellness-based and do not replace medical advice or treatment.
Practitioners may decline or modify services if a session could be unsafe.

7. Memberships

Memberships may include recurring services, workshops, or community access.
Memberships are non-transferable and subject to periodic review.
Cancellation or freezing of memberships must be requested in writing.

Clients assume responsibility for their own well-being while on the premises or during virtual sessions.
